Education Requirements
Community colleges offer associates degree programs, while four-year institutions offer bachelors degrees in legal studies. Some colleges even provide masters programs.
The minimum requirement for most paralegal jobs are an associates degree. However, firms and businesses in large metropolitan areas sometimes require candidates to have a Bachelor's degree.
